from hourly pay-as-you-go rates to monthly retainers, to suit you and your business requirements.
Our standard pricing details are listed below, but we can also arrange bespoke packages if you have a specific project. We are here to help you, so why not get in touch so we can start working together.
- You do not need to purchase any expensive office equipment or have office space for an additional member of staff.
- No employment issues with staff recruitment, salary or training costs.

Our Business Packages
Monthly Retainer Packages
For businesses who require regular support, we have created our monthly retainer packages which cost less, but give you guaranteed, prioritised hours. Payment is made at the start of each month, and a maximum of 10% of the retained hours can be carried over for one month, meaning extra flexibility for you and your business.
Bronze Package
5 Hours – £175
A starter package for those who need a helping hand. A monthly block of 5 hours for regular work done each week or month, as you begin to outsource.
Silver Package
10 Hours – £300
An ideal package for those who require greater support. A monthly block of 10 dedicated hours for those who need regular, reliable support.
Gold Package
20 Hours – £600
Perfect for small to medium businesses or sole traders who need a dependable helping hand to grow their business further.
Diamond Package
40 Hours – £1200
For our busiest clients who require proactive, dedicated support to manage a busy workload.
For a business requiring a greater level of support, we would be happy to discuss your requirements.
Extra hours worked exceeding a retainer package will be charged at the standard pay-as-you-go rate of £35
Hourly and project rates are reviewed on an annual basis on 1st February.
Pay as you Go
£35 per Hour
For those times when you need an extra pair of hands, our adhoc support is the perfect solution. Ideal for personal lifestyle tasks or businesses needing occasional help with adhoc admin tasks without commitment.
A great starting point to make use of our expert administrative services exactly when you need it, without a monthly obligation. A minimum charge of 1 hour. Adhoc support is billed to the nearest 15 minutes.
Bespoke Packages
Cotswold Colleague can help with projects whether they’re short or long-term, one-off or recurring. We are happy to discuss your needs.
We can assist with the big tasks as well as the small.
Additional Charges
Additional billable services will be included with your invoice, along with all relevant receipts and paperwork. Services such as postage, stationery, printing, and international phone calls will be charged at cost and mileage at 45p per mile.
